what's my story this week?

sometimes I know exactly what I'm going to post about, other times I just start off and like when I just allow the process of my making to show me the way, I just let the words appear and see what they say and where they lead me...

and then the images will pop up too and some coherence of thought may emerge...or not! As I travel along my life path I seem to be truly learning that less is more, and that quiet and calm can create as much joy as bouncing around and trying to 'make' something happen, seems to be the more I just allow and receive, the more things just flow...my mantra of

"I love the ease of my world"

(thanks to Abraham Hicks for that one!)covers all eventualities and smooths the way nicely...

I have been doing a lot of reading in books and online and new ways to live keep finding me, new thoughts and ideas float to me...and I just love what comes along...

learning about neuro movement and neuro plasticity, science meeting meditation, the power of our minds and brains and bodies

the power of sitting for half an hour doing nothing, the power of attention and focus, doing things differently, doing things which are scary...

the power of just being...of being kind and being gentle, but having strength when I need it

listening in and doing what comes to me rather than doing what I think needs doing...

so today started with a green juice and millet/quinoa porridge, in the quiet of the kitchen...and I was inspired then to clear the dishes and put in the washing, wash and dress...and spend a little time on the computer, yes, facebook, yes blog...and then who knows...

so some doing of necessities but also some doing of nothing...some resting, some music, some dancing or walking, trying to be more childlike in how I view the wonders of the world, having fun, I'm so over endlessly planning the next thing when I could just be enjoying the moment I'm in...and see how it expands for me...focussing on pleasure...

it takes practise but I'm getting better at it...

and maybe it will help me create even more beauty for the world, as being myself is the best I can be...

have a beautiful Friday my friends...

with love

Emmaxx
